The Lurie garden is Salvia River full of glorious flowering. If you do one thing this weekend should be to visit the Lurie Garden in Millennium Park. SalviaRiver consists of four different varieties of 2,000 plants of Salvia. It is designed to simulate a river. I suggest you arrive in the morning or late afternoon and evening, to avoid the masses that are drawn with shades of blue and purple created this show. Read more
